My friend loved this Sol 72 Outdoor Brookland 1-Light Outdoor Hanging Lantern, it's really beautiful! It is simple and sophisticated and can be used with anything that is great for everyday use. The reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is because in one of the review photos.

Wayfair is my favorite home decor site. I was confused by all of the low scores and thought perhaps they were being unfairly reviewed. When examining the dates of the low scores, it appears that people are most upset with having to wait for their stuff which to me is an unfair criticism in light of Covid. They had promotional free shipping on returns earlier this year which was really nice, but I get why that can be costly for the company.

I ordered a Outdoor Hanging Light from Wayfair recently and was glad to see that it would be arriving before my upcoming trip. I found out late in the process that the delivery would be delayed and was freaking out! So by being int ouch with the customer service dept. I was eventually put on the line with J. He is a delivery specialist, and he saved the day! He not only coordinated it all, but even got it there on a Sunday for me! The set is gorgeous, so the quality of their product is obviously great as well. Thank you J. and the Wayfair team!

I am so surprised by any bad reviews of Wayfair! I have ordered a large amount of products from them in the past 6 months because we are renovating our house. Everything from dressers to vanities to medicine cabinets to side tables to draperies and even 2 bed frames. Everything - everything, has been delivered in a timely fashion and has been of the highest quality! If I need to return or exchange something customer service was extremely helpful! I love Wayfair!

Last purchase was a new Outdoor Hanging Light. Another perfect delivery and excellent product. Not only was the price incredible, but the product was something I couldn't find locally. Excellent service. One of the items received was incorrect and an email to Wayfair resulted in the correct item being shipped overnight and they told me to donate the wrong item. Then, another Outdoor Hanging Light for my house and household items. I love this company and even though they aren't always the cheapest, their customer service is second to none and I will always shop Wayfair.com first.

I am surprised to see the bad reviews on other website. I have purchased almost all items in my new house from Wayfair and they are really good! After reading the bad reviews, I got pretty nervous about calling to request a replacement part that had come damaged. Despite a little bit of a wait, customer service was super quick and friendly and got a replacement part shipped out in the next two days. The Outdoor Hanging Light was fairly low quality, but I paid a low price, so I can't really complain about that. Looks fine, just cheap materials. I'm sure the more expensive Outdoor Hanging Light are nicer. Anyway, thought it was worth leaving a good review about customer service since it seems they might be stepping it up!

I want these Sol 72 Outdoor Brookland 1-Light Outdoor Hanging Lantern's are every color! The fit is perfect and true to its size. I love this furniture! Perfect for everyone as well as one night. Very good product. Cool The material is too good. I can buy it in another color too.
